The company history of Dussmann Service Luxembourg has been characterized by continuous growth since its establishment at the beginning of 1978 (then under the name of Pedus Service) which, with the exception of ICE in 1992, is exclusively organic growth.

In 1994, the company achieved EN-ISO certification for all services - the first service provider in Luxembourg to do so. It is also the only company to offer cleaning services country-wide.

Today, the eighth biggest employer in the Grand Duchy, it employs 2,500 full-time employees, many with very long service. In 2008, the company honoured 137 members of staff who have worked for the company for 15 to 30 years.
